Jeff is a friend of mine from 24-Hour Fitness and Holy Trinity Church. We both follow the same exercise routine at the gym from 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM every day. After our workouts, we often have coffee together in my RV. Jeff is very active in the church and serves as a volunteer on the Funeral Reception team.
